Was a good read. Writing was a little light in a few places and a little over the top in others. Would recommend it.

It became fairly obvious that this was the author's first book and that it was written over many years and he had difficulty finishing the book. If editing and punctuation get in the way of your enjoyment of a book, then you might want to skip this. However, I thoroughly enjoyed this story and am glad that Amazon promoted this book...otherwise, I would probably never have read it. The story line is fascinating and quite enjoyable with some excellent moral ideas exposed. While Santo (the dog) appears to be the hero, there are actually many heroes in this story. The plot is current with today's struggles regarding terrorists and migrants and puts an excellent perspective on what really matters. I would have a difficult time saying this is a "faith-based" book...I think anyone regardless of religious beliefs would enjoy this book.

What a totally uplifting story centered on the mysterious and wonderful relationship between dogs, mankind, and the invisible hand that seems to have made them for one another. This masterfully woven tale will have you turning page after page as you're compelled toward an ending you simultaneously don't want to come--because you've found lasting new friendships in Santos, Jesus, Pilar, Santiago, Mr. Big, and Matt. If current world events sometimes leave you feeling in despair, pick up this book and be reminded that life is short--but hope is still there.

This was a delightful read. True? Who knows but I like to hold it in my heart that a four legged unconditional loving dog was with our Lord when he suffering. I read this book slowly because I enjoyed it so much. They way it was written was so well put together. I looked forward to reading a little every night. "Santo" brought me comfort and definitely carried the light and love of Christ. This is NOT a book that cries Zealot rather it is a book about love, and that the story of Christ goes on and what a beautiful way to portray it in mans best friend.

I loved this story! It was well written and a fast read. If you are a Christian and animal lover, this book touches on both. As a Christian and a faithful follower of Christ, it was a breath of fresh air! I did enjoy it. This book made me think about my faith and how to dig deeper into it. Must read!

I really enjoyed this book. It had a lot of imagination and made me think. Hard to explain why you like a book -- it was just good! I guess a good book, to me, is one I wish didn't have to end and this one was that way. If this was a hardcover book, I'd be passing it around to my friends and family by now. ;)

Plus being a Dog Lover, I was attracted to this story, to mention, the dog on the cover is a spitting image of my dog. If you're looking for an easy, spiritual revival, this book will do that. As they say, Dog spelled backwards is God. That sums it up.

Very interesting tale, and quite inspiring. The author weaves a legend into current events to create a thrilling saga. The struggles between good and evil are a reflection of issues we face today. The one great message from the story is to never give up and to look for the miracles in life.

This book was very informative for this product. It's really amazing what you can make with the copper crisper basket, and what's even more amazing is the fact that it's easy to use and to clean.The recipes are great and there is a wide-range of them: everything from the basics like chicken wings or tenders to lamb to fish to vegetarian to gluten-free. It covers a lot of basis even marinades, and there's a cool section where you can add some notes whether that is writing down perfect times for specific dishes or creating your own meals!Overall, there's a lot of useful information and recipes, especially for the price. It's a good product!

I found the recipe book worked well. I followed the directions for the fried chicken and it turned out just as in the book. I also found the French Fries would just as good.

I bought it entirely for the fried chicken recipe! I did have to adapt for GF for us, so we use almond flour, etc, and because I felt the book could use more alternative suggestions like that, I took off one star. I was also a bit shocked that the crisper itself doesn't come with the recipes it pictures, which is weird.

I have been a real estate agent for a dozen years. There is a big difference in this field today, compared to 2005 when I got my license. The information provided in "Listing Boss" is very useful to the new agent or the experienced agent. To catch up on the latest advice about how to become a successful real estate agent I have purchased more than a dozen books--this one is one of the best! The first few chapters focus on attitude and how new agents can get started, while the rest of the book focused on how to gain listings, always a problem. The tips provided by Hoss Pratt are well worth the price of the book. For 30+ years I was an editor, Pratt's style is excellent, the information provided is very helpful and when implemented should provide every reader with information that will increase their income.Chapter Six on Deploying a Marketing Arsenal outlines marketing information that will put the reader ahead in even the most competitive market. The chapter describes how to gain listings using: A performance guarantee; An easy exit agreement; An 89-point marketing plan; A smart-seller program; A communications guarantee; and a certified pre-owned program. You will have to buy the book to get the details, each topic is described at length and in my opinion is invaluable.BTW, the first copy I received had printing problems. The author sent a replacement copy right away and it is perfect.

Set yourself up for success with "Listing Boss"! This is a great read with some solid guidance. I am new to real estate and the world of sales and I am highly impressed. Oddly enough I had completed a real estate training class (unrelated to Listing Boss) just a few days before ordering this book. What I realized as I was reading and listening to Hoss's videos is this - the training was great but it only takes you so far. I had to tweak it to make it work...I was missing a few pieces/steps. "Listing Boss" helped me see what I was missing. For instance, the training taught me scripts for going after FSBOs and Expireds, but what's beyond the initial script? It assumes I get the listing on the first call. This is not realistic. And I hear other agents ask ' how long do you continue to call' or 'what do I say on the 4th call back to them' or ' I called and followed up with a call'. As Hoss points out, most agents stop calling after the 2nd call. If you want to separate yourself from the masses, and set yourself up for success, this is a must read! See you at the TOP!

This is one of my best reads for a Real Estate book! I've been in the business for over 7 years now and have read many different kinds of Real Estate related books, and this one blows them out of the water! The word "Blueprint" in the title is the perfect word to describe this book! If you're just starting out in the business or have been selling Real Estate for multiple years, you'll find tremendous value in the content that Hoss shares in his book. I truly look forward to reading through it again to make sure I didn't miss anything. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to be more structured in the fast-pace Real Estate game!

I can't believe you can buy this book for under $500. The information in this book must be worth millions of dollars. I'm a new agent and this was recommended to me by Amazon and I'm so glad it was. This book really is the definitive blueprint for success. It lays out everything a new agent (or experienced agent without a system) needs to get up and running with a plan. The book doesn't do the work for you, but it gives you the framework so you can go to work to prosper instead of going to work to work.

Buy this book! Well worth the money. Whether you are a seasoned agent or a new (especially new) agent there are precise strategies to put into action, laid out by Hoss in Listing Boss. I've been a Realtor for the last few years and for many years before was in a related industry. Over the years I have read many of the top books, taken many seminars, webinars, classes etc. so I was very pleased that Hoss shared some exact methods and techniques he uses in this book. Many books just generalize and skirt around telling exact methods, leaving you to try to figure out what to do or create on your own. Read the whole book, but pay special attention to chapter 6 then chapters 8 & 9. I read it in just a few days and reading it again now. This was a very good book. I have been in the industry for just over 4 years. The beginning was a little slow for me as it was similar to a lot of other books (i.e. getting up early, routine, doing tasks that generate value) but still a good refresher and had things that you should be conscience of on a day to day basis.After that, I thoroughly enjoyed the book and finished it in 2 days! Hoss has a lot of great, practical tips and examples that I'm actually going to start implementing today. Once finished, I felt super motivated and wrote down things I would like to change and start doing differently that what I am today. All in all, a very good book for any skill level, experience level, or title. I definitely will be reading again.

American illustrator and writer LOU CAMERON attended the California School of Fine Arts. He was active as a comic book artist in the 1950s. This is an absolute cute story. The translation is excellent. In Spanish the story has fluency and rhythm. While reading I make a monotonous and deep voice for the pout fish, and my son loves it every time. It doesn’t matter if he is tired or distracted, the pout fish narrative got him engaged. I haven’t read the story in their original version in English but my son and I find the book very entertaining and I love to read it for him over and over. This books ends with kisses and I give the same amount of kisses to baby. Love it.Compré el libro para mi hijo de diez meses. Le fascina cuando le leo al Pez Pucheros con una voz grave y monotona. Sin importar si mi hijo esta cansado o distraído, en cuanto escucha el diálogo del Pez puchero, inmediatamente sonríe y se acerca a mi. I'm a native Spanish speaker and have worked as a translator, and this book is just translated beautifully. My baby LOVES this book. In the end, we have fun playing with kisses and she can't stop laughing. When you have to read your baby's favorite books at least five times per day, it is nice when you actually enjoy it. This is one of those few books that I enjoy reading over and over again. The translation flows really well and it is so charming, now I can't see the original having that same charm.EDIT: I have the boardbook not the kindle and I recommend getting an actual book since my baby loves looking at it.

This book is such a wonderful book, and the translation is very well done. Oftentimes with translated rhyming books, they do a literal translation and the book no longer rhymes in the new language. That's not the case with this book! The sentiments are the same in both English and Spanish and it still rhymes! My daughter loves this book and brings it to me a dozen times a day.

One of our absolute favorites! I have been reading this one to my one-year old for months. Great ending and opportunity to spead the love! We were regularly checking this one out at the library when available. Decided to buy.

This is so much more than a picture book about Israel. The authors' love for the land, it's people and scripture are evident. There is Biblical and historical insight on every page. An enjoyable way to glean much history, archaeology, geography, etc in an organized look at the Pleasant Land. Love this book!

I would not even give it one star. I was extremely disappointed. Much of the info on this book is based solely on opinions and not accurate info. I just arrived from my trip in Israel and I can honestly say this book was a huge letdown. Furthermore, I feel this book is mainly concentrated on the old testament. Her opinions about Mary should not be given as that's "her opinions only and not factual. I found her to be somewhat disrespectful of her. Lastly, not enough pictures or more descriptive information was relayed. Do NOT waste your money. HUGE disappointment!

I was amazed, opening and flipping through, at how beautiful this book is. The photos and layout are just gorgeous. Digging a little deeper, I was pleased that the book isn't just a history or a Scripture lesson. Finding the history of Israel, written scriptures, personal accounts of Eva Marie's time spent there, married with beautiful photography by Ms. Feinberg Vamosh - what a feast!This is my new coffee table book, to be picked up and read a bit at a time, when I need a cold, refreshing drink for my soul.

I could write volumes about this magnificent book, but the bottom line is this: While my dream is to go to Israel, I am realistic enough to know that may never happen. However, this book, these photographs and the commentary of these two women are almost, ALMOST enough.Written by hearts filled with love and reverence for Father, Son and Spirit, the prose takes the reader on both a historical and present-day journey through this 'dot on a map' that millions of people want annihilated. The powerful photographs are framed in compassion and hunger and awe, bringing the land and God's people to life. By the last page (if not well before) you will understand and know deep-down that this IS God's Land and man must not destroy it.A dear friend who has been to The Land several times keeps REFLECTIONS close by asa touchstone, of sorts. I keep it close by for comfort--just in case.
